I played the first game a while back and loved it.. but was unsure if I'd want to play, you know, just more of the same stuff.
I was glad I bought the game, it feels just as challenging and crisp this time around! I still want to know more about the universe
of bioshock and I'm guessing that's why the game still interests me. It's also fun to unlock trophies! Many, many hours of fun lies
in the singleplayer mode. I have tried the multiplayer a few times and it's quite entertaining, but for me the main fun lies in
the singleplayer game. If you enjoyed the first game you can't go wrong with this!

no it was not necessary to make bioshock2. but hey the first was great so who's complaining? and yes it was definitely worth it. i loved this game from beginning to end. looking a bit dated now, but the return to rapture was just as exciting as the first visit. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the pointless multi-player. all it served to do was shorten the story mode. it plays fine and you will probably enjoy playing it. just not needed for bioshock.

I found this game very enjoyable. The campaign interesting and exciting, the graphics have been greatly improved. The multiplayer game type gave lots of thrills. I really hope there is a sequel. Best game of the year potentially!!!

This is a great game and i have spent lots of hours playing it.There are so many variables to try out its untrue.graphics are stunning and you can explore all you like and pick up bonuses on ur way.You need lots of practice with the different combinations of attack to succeed.

"BioShock 2" it's a good game but it dissapointed me... I have "BioShock" and I loved it so I was expecting more from this second chapter. Good graphics, good sound, reasonable playability and about 10 hours of gameplay (depending on the difficulty setting you choose), it adds few things to the original game. The idea of being a "Big Daddy" is very interesting but it's badly conceived, you rarely have the sense that you're in fact a "Big Daddy" 'cause the playability is very assemed to "BioShock", very fast for a "Big Daddy" indeed! The concept art is awesome, cracking machines is more easier and less annoying, new weapons, new plasmids, new enemies (the encounters with "Big Sisters" are one of the highest moments in the game), multiplayer is very confusing and frustating. Not enough for a game that was delayed several times and had a responsability to suceed to the Game of The Year "BioShock". Never the less, BioShock 2 (PS3) is a good game, especially if you have "BioShock" and you liked it.
