These are not worth the effort. They are not that easy to apply without getting bubbles and have two tabs on them to help with the application which you then have to remove...only the adhesive on the tabs makes them impossible to get off and you are left with a sticky residue. It makes your shiny new iPod look like it's been run over by the dustman. Just get a smart leather case. Amazon should not link them with the iPod and the case - you don't need both.

Only got these for cheap protection and didnt really expect much but they were quite good actually.
Easy to apply and offers decent protection for price. Got a few air bubles but just smooth them over with a card and they dont occour.

the perfect accesory for my ipod... the shipping... flawless.. 2 days and it was in my ipod, easy to set and doesnt make any difference with the screen... only that now is scratch protected

I find screen protectors a little annoying as they take away some of the polish of the original finish and just look a little tacky. If however you keep your iPod somewhere that means it's going to constantly rub against other items then buy it as it will protect your screen. My ipod has a leather case and only has to deal with my finger flicking between albums etc and so far no damage to my original screen after 1 year of use.
